Biscuits (updated)

2 cups self rising all purpose flour (White Lilly or 2g/30g protien flour preferred)
3 oz or 6 tbsp butter (and more for on top and eating)
1 cup Butter milk

1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees F

2. In large bowl, put in flour. Cut the 6 tbsp butter into small cubes and cut into flour (rubbing larger chucks of butter into small pieces so none of the butter is larger than a pea)

3. Pour in buttermilk into bowl. Mix with large spoon or spatula until it is just together (do not over mix, lumpy is good).

Chai Tea

This is my Chai Tea recipe, modified from a recipe I found at ""

Nissan Juke R

Take a Nissan Juke and a Nissan GTR. Put the insides of the GTR into a Juke and add a bunch of other racing stuff and get a Juke R. Only 3 exist so far. This one that showed up at Nashville/Cool Springs Cars 'n Coffee that isn't sold. And two others owned by some rich dude in Dubai. I think it is somewhat over $600,000 to buy, and they aren't available for the US market.

Toshiba Satellite Synaptics Touchpad, Left Button and Double Tap Don't Work

If you have the touchpad icon in your system tray (lower right of the toolbar) and the left button is green. Your left button is stuck. Try clicking it and see if it will unstick. (you may break it, but you can try gently prying the button, but not enough to pop it off). If you attach a 2nd mouse and go to the settings for the Synaptics Touchpad, you can enable this in the toolbar if it isn't there.

Sumatra Toba Batak Peaberry -from Sweet Marias Sept 2012

I got this coffee from Sweet Maria's back in September 2012. I recall it was one of the 1st roasts I did with my new drum roaster and I also recall I didn't like it much. I believe because it was very woody. I roasted it this past weekend, and I don't hate it as much as I recall. I have gotten a lot better at using my Behmor 1600 and got the roast right before 2nd crack. After 48 hrs of rest. I can say it is definitely an interesting coffee. Full of notes. The "pungent glove" that Sweet Maria's commented on is definitely dominate. As is it's rustic sweetness.
